As an accident prone person, I've had to get massages in connection with PT often, so I've sampled a lot of the places in Lincoln. Erin is one of the most technically skilled masseurs I've ever visited. She assesses where I need the most work and builds my session around that.

I even broke out of my old standby and tried the heated bamboo massage. There was a point where my left shoulder literally unlocked and it felt like it was melted butter. I've been telling everyone I know to come here. So now I'm telling people I don't know to do it too!

Hello. My name is Erin Lange and I am a licensed massages therapist (LMT). I am a 2012 graduate from the the Omaha School of Massage Therapy (Herzing University).

I believe everyone needs a massage, no matter who you are or where you go for it. Massages are not a pampering you get once a year; they help with depression, anxiety, high blood pressure, stress, insomnia, and manny other issues we deal with daily. Theraputic touch can change your world in many positive ways if utilized regularly.

As a massage therapist, some of the most common conditions I work with include plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, and arthritis. If I am unable to answer a question right away, I will research it before you next visit.

I do hope I will have a chance to work with you and help you control your aches and pains.

I love a massage. I'd go every day if I could. I don't need to be wrapped in herbs like a salmon fillet, but I do love a massage. - Jason Bateman
